All designs are originally set for a 4x4 hoop, but 5x7 can be requested. If you would like a custom size, please contact me to make sure I can do that size.
You may purchase a single design from a set, just use the "Single Design" option in the MISC STUFF catagory and send me a note with the set name, design number, and the format needed.
Designs are sent to your PayPal address in a zip file within 24 hours. If you would like a back up CD contact me. The cost for a back up CD is $3.00
These are machine embroidery designs. You need an embroidery machine to stitch these designs. You will need the appropriate hardware/software to transfer my designs to your embroidery machine; ie: reader/writer, amazing/magic/ultimate box.

Due to nature of the product, refunds are not available. But I will work with you to make sure the designs work. Buyer may stitch the designs on items for personal use, gifts and/or other items. The designs themselves may not be reproduced in any way that means you may NOT share, sell, compile, upload, loan, or otherwise distribute the design file or modify design files derived from the original design file except to add text. All of the Embroidery Designs are hand drawn and digitized by Mary, at Circle C Ent. Inc using legally purchased images that are the inspiration for each design. I work very hard to insure that I produce a quality design. Should you have any problems please feel free to contact me, customer feedback is always appreciated.
If you are looking for something special, I will do custom work at a reasonable price.
